This is a 52 minute long video but it is excellent. I thought I would probably listen to the first few minutes but listened to the whole thing. If you are a RW Pilot or Controller or a VATSIM pilot or controller, you can really benefit from this information. There are some attitude comments in the video that will especially help VATSIM controllers as you seek to provide an environment that is like the RW ATC system.

It came from a Facebook feed called Air Traffic Controllers Around the World. They have a lot of stuff like this. Not much this long though.
