Steve Canham is the one who approves new pilots, I'm not sure what is holding it up, I see the application is in pending status, I just don't know what the delay is. You've come to the right place though, He should see it here on the forums and get back to you. The only thing I see that might be an issue is we had a Rod Burgess before, so its showing up as a duplicate name. Have you flown with us in the past or just a name coincidence?
Anyway he'll have to be the one to let you know what the actual delay is, if he doesn't repond soon, I'll shoot him an email as a heads up.
