Hi all -- my name is Mitch Worthington, and I'm the new Hub Manager in Seattle. Just wanted to post something on here for people who don't scroll down to read the news on the home page. I recently returned to Westwind after a four-month absence to attend ATC school in Oklahoma City. I was AHM in Atlanta, but even though I now live and work in Memphis, TN, I'm from the west, and my heart will always be out that direction. I've been a pilot at Vancouver, AHM and HM in San Francisco, and I was HM in Denver for more than a year before I had to resign to leave in May.
If anyone needs anything or has a question... anything from needing a reset password to questions about how to fly an ILS approach, to suggestions on how we can improve the routes in Seattle, please let me know.
We all owe Travis Iversen a great deal of gratitude for his long service as the HM here in Seattle. He was the longest-tenured HM at any one hub in the airline, and is only stepping down due to real-world commitments. In terms of activity and hours, Seattle is one of the Westwind's premiere hubs, and Travis had a lot to do with that.
Also, Darrell Zuke, if you happen to read this, I need you to email me at mitchworthington@gmail.com . Numerous emails to the account you have on file have gone unreturned, and as the AHM, I need to chat with you.
I look forward to serving you all. Thanks for your time.
Mitch Worthington
