Hello fellow pilots,
My apologies for the delay in this months report.
We had a good October, with our 16 active pilots flying 354 hours; 202 passenger, 33 cargo, 98 in charters, and 20 hours in training flights. We had three promotions this month; Captain Howell to Category III, Captain Barr to Category IV, and Captain Grullon to Category V.
Three of our pilots received recognition awards this month: Captain Alford has hauled 5 million pounds of cargo; Captain Grullon has completed 100 hours in the Boeing 737-400; and Captain Barr flew 54 flights totaling 68.7 hours in October.
And on a bittersweet note, Captain Randy Donnelly was promoted to Assistant Hub Manager in Salt Lake City. We will miss Randy here at SFO, but SLC and Westwind will continue to benefit from his efforts. Best of luck in your new position, Randy!
