    Question on flight times

Do the schedules take into account taxi times? Obviously, this would play more of a role at larger airports.

    Thanks!

    Re: Question on flight times

The schedules, if I understand them correctly, are from engine start to engine shutdown.

    Re: Question on flight times

I don't believe there is any specific guideline to do this, but if flight times were taken from real-world schedules it is likely that they do.  At any rate, I use FS Flight Tracker to record precise block times from push-back to shutdown, and quite often those are within a few minutes (give or take) of the scheduled flight times.

They're supposed to, although I'm not sure if accounting for taxi time is in all of the schedules yet......

    Re: Question on flight times

The schedules that Dave and I did for Miami, Fort Lauderdale, San Juan, Santiago & Rio all have 15-20 mins included for taxi time on both ends.
