Starting June 1, 2008 Each WWA Hub will be holding individual screenshot competitions.  Beginning on the 1^st of the month until the 20^th, pilots will submit photos to the Hub Manager or Assistant Hub Manager for selection of the top 5 photos to be voted on.  From the 20^th to the 25^th the hub members will then vote for the best photo from their hub.  After the 1 photo is chosen it will go into a pool with the winner from all other WWA Hubs from the 26^th thru the last day of the month voting will take place for the whole airline. 

After the winner is chosen that photo will be displayed on the main WWA home page (in place of the WW Denver terminal scenery) and stay there for the duration of the month until the next months winner is chosen.

Hub Managers and Assistant Hub Managers are ineligible for posting in this competition.

Some General guidelines:

Timeline:  Submission of screenshots 1^st thru the 15^th

                HM and AHM decide on the top 5 screenshots, 16^th thru 19^th

                Hub voting for top screenshot 20^th thru 24^th

                General vote for top WWA screenshot 25^th thru the last day of the month)

Pilots are to submit 1 photo only per month, all photos must have Pilot name, WWA# date taken and a brief description of the photo.  The screenshot must be from a flight during the month of the competition.  Ex:  A pilot cannot submit a screenshot taken in May for the June competition. For example:

To take a picture in FS9 - Press Prt Sc (Print Screen) and then you can either copy and paste it into paint, or use one of the freeware applications called Fraps or FSScreen.

For those using FSX press the 'V' key and FSX will automatically save the picture to a folder in your pictures

There will be no, I repeat no prize for this competition.  The only satisfaction is your screenshot was voted the best in the airline and is posted for all to see.

The rules of the Screenshot competition has changed slightly. By limiting the time for entries from the 1st to the 15th we are cutting out the last half of the month.  So now pics will be accepted from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month. 
 
Example:  June competition starts June 1 thru june 15th, voting for June will take place however Pics taken from June 16th thru July 15th will be accepted for the July voting, and so on for the following months.
