It depends on if you are using SB3 or FSInn, either way you have to set a pust to talk button. in SB3 you can go to options then select Voice and at the top push set then select a key that will not interfere with any buttons that are assigned to you flight sim.
I use the button next to the one key i guess you would call it the accent key, the one that opens up the ATC screen if you are not connected to VATSIM,
