Return Flight was done in two legs. We stopped for fuel in Kotzebue, Alaska. Had problems with an auto-pilot issue on departure from the fuel stop. had a great return flight and checked Lake Salmon for cloud cover. I was able to get in on the Lake with a little creative flying. My first time up here flying and I'm ready after three weeks to leave for home, and getting back into the line. We take away some good lessons learned from the flying. A good time and good flights had by all. This was the return of from the group flight.

Summer Solstice 2017. Was able to meet up with Capt. Rob W. at the Company Terminal at Nome. We headed out on our way to Salmon Lake. Some nice weather for visual flying along the highway and through the valleys. We buzzed the fishing cruisers and the Resort a couple of times. Then we headed in to land on the gravel strip 15. Some slight crosswinds, and a tree at the threshold, on my FSX, so it was a unique landing.
